Join April, Carla and Brad for a journey through the body, mind and soul. April will guide you into healing restorative yoga poses that will relax your body and help cultivate an inner focus. Between restorative poses, Carla will guide you through short meditations using the Shamatha meditation technique, which literally means, “calm-abiding.” Live music will be provided by Brad Gaerke on the Native American wood flutes. Experience the union of different origins coming together to create a mindfully embodied experience!

All Levels Welcome, no experience needed!

Please bring your mat, a sweater, and your water bottle.

$30 per person. Pre-registration is highly recommended as space is limited. A minimum of 6 students is required for the workshop to run.

About April Mueller:
April received her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate in February 2014 in Rishikesh, India, the “birthplace of yoga.” She has continued her education through the completion of Kindness Yoga’s 300 hour advanced teacher training program in Denver, Colorado. April is passionate about many forms of yoga and has been trained in specialized areas including yin, restorative, prenatal and yoga nidra.

About Carla Mueller:
Carla’s deep passion to be with others and help facilitate community and personal connections led her to Naropa University where she is currently working on a Master of Divinity Degree. She is a certified Mindfulness Instructor at Naropa and has student-taught Intro to Buddhist Psychology, helped facilitate various practices on campus as well as mentored numerous students through their meditation practice.
