This is for participants who are comfortable with the handstand against the wall.
The focus will be on learning to improve handstand alignment and learning how to balance the handstand as opposed to just holding it.
The goal is for participants to better understand the process of taking the handstand off the wall and into free space.
Additional topics covered will be ways to spot to allow the partner to balance, how to safely bail out of a handstand that is falling, and how to enter a handstand with control.
