Ski season is around the corner and Yoga is the perfect way to prepare - whether you are a skier, snowboarder, or backcountry skier/snowshoer. This workshop will focus on postures, breath, and body awareness techniques that build balance, stability, and strength.

Alicia has been an avid skier for 38 years and is a former PSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor. She credits yoga for enabling her to keep up with her teenage boys on the slopes and hopes you’ll join her in this workshop that unites two of her favorite things: Skiing and Yoga!
