· Featuring a month-long weight loss challenge by G.I.V.E. Fitness.

To celebrate SEASON 7, 30 Days To Lose It! is starting off the new year with a return of the weight-loss challenge for the month of January, courtesy of G.I.V.E. Fitness LLC. The program will even offer free health screenings again, starting at 6 p.m., during the Jan. 10 kick-off.

So ladies, whether you want to lose weight, get fit or just stay in shape, come dressed to sweat, bring a buddy or 3 and join us on Tuesdays for an invigorating workout at 7:30 PM. Free for members, $5 for non-members. Attend 8 consecutive sessions and receive a museum membership, making your next 12 months FREE! For more information email 30days@chwmuseum.org.
All activities take place on the lower level of the museum; please enter through the back (Farnsworth) entrance. Parking is available for a fee in the Cultural Center lot north of Farnsworth, and metered parking surrounds the museum. Please bring an exercise mat or large towel to the workouts.
