53rd Aaff: An Evening Of Films At Two James Spirits

Please join the The Ann Arbor Film Festival, partnering with Film Fatales, for an evening of films at Two James Spirits distillery. Join us to watch a selection of short films introduced by Executive Director Leslie Raymond. Films to be shown include the work of local filmmakers Katie Barkel and Shannon Lee, as well as "A Million Miles Away" by Jennifer Reeder – winner of the 52nd AAFF Eileen Maitland Award for best addressing women’s issues and representing female voices. Film Fatales is an organization of female filmmakers, with chapters around the world, who collaborate on projects and discuss topics in film to promote the creation of stories by and about women. Film Fatales’ Detroit chapter is a valued community partner for the 53rd Ann Arbor Film Festival, taking place from March 24-29, 2015.
