The event creator says
You're invited to a special little function where some people are to talk, listen, and prepare to actualize their ideas about making more social justice in the United States right now. And you should totally come (it's free).

Especially if any one of these is even sort of true:

1. You know how you feel, and you feel unhappy. You feel unhappy about the names you know from the long, long, LONG list of names of non-white people who've been killed by police in, like, even the past 9 months.

2. You wonder where the other people are who feel unhappy about their knowledge of that list.

3. You are a bedroom activist and you would like to maybe meet some people irl who are on your level.

4. You have been in the streets to demonstrate and are looking for more substantial connections to a movement.

5. You are ready to make a fuss in public. You want to connect with and alert people, rather alienate them. And you want to do that in a way that is impactful, fresh, and that won't necessarily get you arrested right away.

6. You are not sure where you're at but you know you can't keep being the person you've been.
