Hell’s Kitchen Season 15 former chef, Chef Jared Bobkin, pop up dinner event. Chef Bobkin’s will showcase his exquisite talents in preparing seafood masterpieces.

Chef Bobkin, former sous chef at Joe Muer Seafood and 220 Merrill Restaurant, later became Executive Chef of Local Kitchen and Bar. Recently, Chef Bobkin obtained a position as Executive Chef of the Bayview Yacht Club, a premier dining club in Detroit, Michigan. Chef Bobkin plans to display his unique and creative talent at the pop up dinner event on May 26. Bobkin’s sneak peak of the menu includes a myriad of seafood including scallops, lobster, lamb & clams, and hake. His goal is to introduce more seafood to the Midwest by hosting his dinner events.

“My favorite part of [appearing on] Hell’s Kitchen was the chance to work with like-minded chefs who think the same and have the same passion as I do,” said Chef Bobkin. “The creativity is what drives me.”
