Tai Chi enhances balance and body awareness and relaxes and strengthens both body and mind. The Michigan Tai Chi Center has a comprehensive Tai Chi program for beginners through certified instructors, with a wide variety of classes and workshops available. Its members will do demonstrations in traditional Yang style form and invite the public to join in some short exercises.
