First Responders 4 Fitness "Workout Wednesdays"

This week our workout choices are HIT, led by Rachel Davis, and Jambata Hip-Hop with Caprice Summers-Kennedy.

June 1st through August 24th, First Responders For Fitness presents some of Metro-Detroit's elite trainers and health professionals who've volunteered their services to deliver a variety of free fitness classes and wellness workshops. First Responders know how important healthy lifestyles are to everyone’s safety. Strength, endurance, and agility are vital to our performance as we serve, protect, and heal all within our reach. First Responders For Fitness supports healthy communities through prevention, wellness, and social unity.

Weekly registration opens at 5 p.m. and all ages and abilities are welcome to participate from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. The first 12 weeks occur in the heart of Cadillac Square.

*The season ends August 24th with a grand finale on the North Lawn and Fountain Stage of Campus Martius.
