This 4 week series will explore different techniques to incorporate into your daily lifestyle ways to help find the balance you mind and body seeks. Topics and techniques covered will include simple meditation techniques, restorative yoga, yoga nidra (yoga sleep), guided meditation, learning to let go of past issues and moving on, and different breathing techniques to learn to how to connect the body and mind.

Date: Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
May 7 to May 28
Cost: $40+hst for members,
Cost: $60+hst for non members for 4 week series.
