Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History says
The U.S. Postal Service unveils the newest stamp in the Black Heritage Series of Forever stamps. The 40th stamp in the series honors Dorothy Height, the tireless activist who dedicated her life to fighting for racial and gender equality. She was famously known for her leadership in organizing the 1963 March on Washington.
