Daniel Gottlieb, better known as Yoga Dan, is offering his Yoga Interval Training Concept exclusively at Detroit Tough for a limited time! This unique approach to interval training is rooted in the Yogic principals of breath and movement creating a fluid and well balanced 55 minute intense -low impact-training session. Detroit Tough will supply the physio balance balls and Yoga mats along with blocks plus theirTRX suspension training system.

The ultimate design of this program is to work from our center, have a better understanding of our cores, and explore the strengths to our periphery, the upper torso, and lower torso. This "whole body" approach will sharpen our minds and strengthen our bodies.

In 2000 Daniel was playing college basketball when a series of injuries and untreated ailments resulted in 4 herniated discs, a clinical diagnosis of spinal stentinosis, degenerative disc disease, lordosis, and sciatica down both legs from his glutes to his heels. With the techniques of suspension training, yoga, and meditation, Yoga Dan is pain free with no signs of any of his previous diagnosis. Join us this Monday evening after work at 6:00 P.M.
