When everyone's talking about a little-known idea, it means something is going on. Maria Arnal and Marcel Bagés create remixes using digitalised record libraries. They combine a melismatic voice and electric guitar with lyrics that see music as a way to build up a community. Emotion, attitude and talent; neotraditional folk. Songs with rhythm, fandangos and jotas, music with an oral tradition from the Iberian peninsula taken from archives and libraries, which they make their own, naturally and respectfully.
