Reopening in a new location at Cambridge House in Taikoo Place, ArtistTree kicks off its opening season with an extravagant month-long programme packed with live performances and art installations.
The new 7,000 sq ft multi-purpose venue introduces four productions developed by homegrown and international artists, including ContempoLion, a modern dance and multi-media interpretation of Cantonese culture; La Traviata, a 90-minute adaptation of the Italian opera classic by new non-profit opera company based in Hong Kong; Animatorium, a spellbinding peroformance by the internationally-acclaimed National Dance Company Wales and FOLK, a production inspired by 17th and18th-centuryy European oil paintings.
