Ever wondered which wine you should order to impress your date? Why do people tend to order red wine with Italian food? To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Wine & Spirit Education Test will be hosting a food and wine pairing event to answer all these questions and more. The evening will begin with a tasting of 25+ award-winning wines from the Decanter Asia Wine Awards, followed by a workshop that demonstrates the synergies between the key components in food and wine, and how they interact with each other.
