Learn about various spirits by tasting drams one sip at a time. Hosted by one of Hong Kong's spirit experts and the founder and managing director of The Woods, Victoria Chow will guide participants in a one and a half hour tasting session. Participants will get to explore the main styles and types of spirits through sight, smell, and taste and develop an understanding of the key factors affecting flavours and aromas. The class is available for $348, and the fee includes an eight 18ml bottles of artisanal spirits that will be delivered within 48 hours after the confirmation of orders. If you happen to order close to the date of the class, an extra rush fee of $45 for Hong Kong Island and $80 for Kowloon will be added on top of the regular shipping charge. The tasting sessions will be provided in English for a maximum of 12 participants via Zoom.
