Treat Dad to a bit of Father’s Day couture at Armani/Aqua. The Gentlemen’s Collection four course dinner includes a hearty grilled aged-beef tenderloin with gorgonzola butter and roasted potatoes and can be paired with the sommelier’s selected wines. Clipper Lounge is serving up two buffets on Father’s Day for brunch and dinner. Brunch includes a raw bar, carving station and Peking Duck, among other goodies. Dinner also features sushi, a salad bar and a selection of delectable desserts.

Get jazzy with Dad at Foxglove’s Father’s Day Roast. The three course roast includes French onion soup to start, a choice of ribeye or pan-fried French yellow chicken with unlimited sides for mains and a green tea and sesame tart for dessert. Bonus for Dad - he gets a glass of whisky on the house! Yoko Wende and her band will be playing live jazz throughout the evening, too.

Lily & Bloom’s Father’s Day special set menu features a choice of three starters, including steak tartare with black truffle. Meaty mains include a choice of wagyu burger, lamb T-bone, 10oz ribeye steak or steamed Patagonian toothfish. Finish off with a molten cinnamon tart or passion fruit semifreddo for a sweet end to the evening. Dads dining a la carte get a 50% discount on all of Lily & Bloom’s steak dishes, too.

Feast on some molto bene Italian favourites at Mercato this Father’s Day. The eight dishes are designed to be shared family-style, with oysters and burrata among the starters. Heartier helpings such as lobster carbonara and black truffle pizza feature in the mains. Finally, indulge with the old man at dessert with the sweet and savoury peanut butter brownie sundae.

Pirata will be serving their usual brunch that includes a buffet of salad, cold cuts and cheese followed by meatballs, asparagus flan and vitello tonnato. Choose from a range of carb-tastic mains including tagliatelle with truffle, spring chicken and many more. As a special treat, Pirata will give all dads an upgrade (usually +$48) to the signature butcher’s cut served Tagliata-style with rocket and tomatoes.
