Want something other than roast turkey during the holidays? Porterhouse Seafood & Steak is rolling out with a Christmas surf n’ turf dinner ($888) that’s sure to knock your socks off. Start off by digging into a portion of Coffin Bay oysters topped with bacon marmalade, before enjoying either Wagyu beef tartare with bottarga or kingfish ceviche with nduja vinaigrette, and sipping on a warm bowl of Cloudy Bay clam chowder. As for mains, Porterhouse provides entree options such as Australian barramundi in lobster bouillabaisse, porcini and truffle risotto, as well as a dry-aged USDA prime sirloin and jumbo prawn for an additional $128. To conclude, the Christmas menu will wrap up with a hearty slice of panettone served with eggnog custard and a Xmas cake-flavoured ice cream.

This Christmas, Caprice’s executive chef Guillaume Galliot has created a festive lunch menu ($1,788) and a seven-course dinner menu ($5,088 for December 24, $3,988 for December 25) for diners to indulge in. Highlights of the lunch menu include plates like Hokkaido sea urchin with saffron espuma, duck consomme with foie gras and winter black truffle, as well as Bresse chicken in Albufera sauce. During dinner on Christmas Eve, diners can expect to savour creations like foie gras terrine with celeriac and mint, or Chambord deer with potatoes and star anise sauce; whereas on Christmas Day, guests will get to enjoy exquisite dishes like Racan pigeon with herb gel, wild game dartois with preserved figs, and more.

Make your Christmas extra special by savouring authentic Italian dishes in Grissini’s holiday dinner menus ($1,580 for December 24, $1,280 for December 25). Chef de cuisine Valerio Giuseppe Mandile and his team have crafted a range of dishes that spotlight flavours from the Campania region of southern Italy, such as sharing antipasti like veal tartare with ricotta foam and white truffle; Atlantic lobster salad with mushroom crumble; and poached Gillardeau oysters with pickled strawberry. As for main courses, Grissini will present diners with creations like homemade egg chitara with langoustine and lemons, as well as roasted Wagyu tenderloin with saffron celeriac puree on Christmas Eve. On the following day, entrees like homemade Iberico pork tortelli with morel mushrooms, as well as Wagyu ribeye prepared two ways will be served. For desserts, Grissini concludes their Italian feast with a sharing selection of festive desserts and petit fours.
