One of the biggest drawing points of Elekron is its impressive lineup of electric vehicles, which includes sports cars, buggies, bikes and quads. They’re all built from scratch, with top-of-the-line custom control systems made by no other than Tesla. Not only do these vehicles give the show an electrifying and futuristic edge, there’s also the added bonus of it being more eco-friendly as a result.

There’s an epic backstory

There’s an epic backstory

Elekron has as much substance as it does style. The story is set in a dystopian society in 2088, where electrical storms have annihilated most of the population. To save humankind, a group of heroic survivors must embark on a dangerous mission to locate an abandoned power plant and harness its power to fight back against the forces of nature. It’s a thrilling and fitting narrative to frame the spectacular stunts.

Model-turned-actor Shawn Yue has a professed love for all things fast and furious. Yue, who starred in the car-racing film Initial D, is an avid driver himself and regularly gets behind the wheel. During its launch, Elekron invited Yue for an exclusive training session, after which he said, “I have the utmost respect for the cast and crew, especially after my backstage visit… Just watching the action unfold during their training is enough to get the adrenaline pumping.”
