If you're currently homebound and a bit stressed, you might benefit from Shinrin Yoku Hong Kong's Online Forest Therapy Gatherings. Relax your body and mind and bask in the healing benefits of nature from the comforts of your home. Guided by Shinrin Yoku Hong Kong's founder and certified nature and forest therapist Amanda Yik, each session is designed for listening and sharing while engaging your senses and plugging into nature. The programme will include an introduction to the other participants, guided sensory explorations, discussions, and exercises.
While it is very different from an in-person experience, you'll be able to foster a connection with others without being physically together. The scheduled sessions will be held in English on Zoom and will last for 60 minutes. The session is available for $100 per person.
