Do as the Italians do, and come by Anvil for late-night spritzes in the spirit of a post-sunset aperitivo. We'll be joined by authors Talia Baiocchi and Leslie Pariseau of PUNCH who recently published SPRITZ: Italy's Most Iconic Aperitivo Cocktail with Recipes. A special Spritz menu will be on offer in addition to our current menu, featuring drinks from the book, including Bobby's Bitter Intentions. Books will also be on sale and ready for signing. (Drinks are kindly sponsored by Aperol. A portion of proceeds benefits Water for People, a non-profit that works to bring water and sanitation to people around the world.)
