Time Out says
Join us for a 20 - 25 mile ride with bridges at a 16-19 pace. There will be a short midpoint stop for water and snacks.
We will have a different route each week. This is a great ride for anyone doing the MS150 as we always do several bridges. We will build on speed and add more miles as the weeks go by.
PLEASE make sure that you're able to keep the minimum pace of 16 on flat.
Air up your tires and bring a spare tube in case of a flat (we stop for flats & bike adjustments). Be sure you have lights on your bike. Helmets are recommended. Bring water.
Meeting: D&W 7PM, rolling out at 7:20PM
