Join us at Roost during Houston Restaurant Weeks from August 1-September 5! Enjoy delicious food from our three-course $35 dinner menu and $5 will be donated to the Houston Food Bank.

Houston Restaurant Weeks is the city’s largest for-charity dining event held simultaneously in restaurants in the greater Houston area. All participating restaurants will donate $5 to the Houston Food Bank from each $35 HRW dinner sold. The Food Bank will generate 15 meals from each $5 donation.

Our $35 HRW Menu allows you to choose from the following:

FIRST COURSE
Chef’s Soup of the Day
Salad of Heirloom Tomatoes with sweet 1015 onions, horseradish ranch, baby kale and parm
Roost’s Famous Fried Cauliflower with miso dressing, toasted pine nuts, scallions and bonito flakes
Wild Boar Meatballs with Grandma’s tomato sauce, ricotta, za’atar oil, fried basil and grilled bread

SECOND COURSE
Spiced Chicken Breast Schnitzel with potato and chard gratin, celery root slaw and mustard cream
Cast Iron Bandera, TX Quail with wild rice and chorizo, walnuts, pomegranate and fennel salad
Roasted Gulf fish with Waco white grits, stewed okra and black olives in tomato and pine nuts
6 Ounce Center Cut Filet with sweet potato Lyonnaise, peppercorn demi and sautéed garlic rabe
House made Ricotta Gnudi with blistered tomato, spinach, olive tapenade and basil beurre blanc

THIRD COURSE
Roost’s Nutmeg Donut Holes with coffee ice cream, pistachio and dulce de leche
Persian Rose Water Ice Cream with pistachio and saffron, sweet cream and wafer
Warm date cake with ginger gelato, whiskey sauce and toasted almond brittle

Tax & gratuity not included. We ask that if choosing restaurant week menu, the whole table participate.
