Join our fitness programming series in Bagby Park. Designed to provide a way for the community to maintain health and wellness, Midtown in Motion occurs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month.

Our featured instructor Roz Jones will conduct a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class at 9:30am and Yoga Flow class at 10:30am.

The event is FREE and open to individuals of all fitness levels.
