Houston Shakespeare Festival says
Houston Shakespeare Festival is the professional arm of the UH School of Theatre & Dance, founded by Dr. Sidney Berger in 1975.

ALL performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre are FREE OF CHARGE.

Evening events (excluding movies) offer ticketed, assigned seating in the covered area.

Free, assigned seat tickets are available at the Miller Theatre Box Office on first-come first-served basis while supplies last between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm on the day of the performance. Only four (4) tickets per person age 16 and up.

Hillside seating is not ticketed. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Please note that lawn chairs must be placed on the left side of the hill. Sit on the right side of the hill on your picnic blanket.

The box office is located on the northeast corner of the Theatre. Remaining tickets are given out one hour before curtain. Assigned, ticketed seats will be held until 5 minutes before the performance starts. Any unclaimed seats are released 5 minutes before the show begins.

TICKETS MAY NOT BE RESERVED BY PHONE.
We encourage all patrons to be in their seats 10 minutes before showtime to ensure that their seat will not be released 5 minutes before showtime.


All shows will begin at 8:15pm.
