Local pop-up chef and food writer for the Houston Press is presenting a Southeast Asian inspired dinner for one night at Moving Sidewalk Bar.

Her specialties include Cajun, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and southern home cooking. With over 20 years of experience cooking and sharing meals with friends and family, Cuc now hosts pop-up events and cooking classes in her home, local restaurants and venues.

$25 Choice of one appetizer, one entree and dessert

-Rocket Shrimp Rolls (Jumbo shrimp wrapped in purple mint, egg roll wrapper, deep fried and served with sweet chili sauce)
-Five spice chicken salad (green & red cabbage, carrots with ginger ponzu vinaigrette)

-Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef Stew (slow-cooked with potatoes & carrots, served with french bread)
-Chinese BBQ Red Pork & Egg Roll Vermicelli Bowls (with cucumbers, lettuce, fresh herbs, sprouts and garlic onion aioli served with nuoc mam sauce)
