Juveniles

When French synth pop duo Juveniles released their eponymous debut album this past year, they caught the attention of indie music followers in a major way. They were even spotlighted in The Guardian, which pegged their sound as a cross between early electronic dance music and British synth pop from 1980-1. Despite their nostalgic vibe, the band's lovelorn lyrics and catchy choruses sound fresh and original. See them at Salon IKSV on January 11th.
