Open since 1974, Bambi is one of the most well known of all the kiosks at the entrance to İstiklal Caddesi.
Of Bambi’s wide variety of toast fillings, the most popular are the tongue & kaşar and braised beef. The döner pide, Bambiburger, and their delicious fruit & vegetable juices are also worth mentioning. Waffle, kokoreç (grilled lamb intestines) and ‘kumru’ sandwiches (with sausage, cheese and tomato) are also available as Bambi has kiosks selling kumru and kokoreç beside it. The servers are very friendly and efficient the whole day through. The branches outside of Taksim are open between 07.00-21.00.
