Time Out says

This konak (mansion), located inside Fethi Paşa Korusu, was named after its first owner Fethi Ahmet Paşa. The mansion was acquired by the municipality in 1994 and turned into a restaurant which is highly popular due to its affordable prices. Chef Mehmet Necati Akkuş and his team prepares almost 60 different dishes including shepard’s roasted lamb, meat patties with cheese, lamb chops, Fethi Paşa Special (tenderloin with vegetables), seabass in casserole, fried haddock, olive oil dishes, ‘ekmek kadayıfı’, (oven-baked pastry soaked in syrup) and ‘tel kadayıf’ (oven-baked shredded pastry soaked in syrup). No alcohol is served in the venue. Carpark is free.
