A favourite among art-lovers, Müzedechanga’s timber-heavy decorations cannot hinder its light and spacious atmosphere with a wall-to-wall glass exterior overlooking the Bosphorus. This is especially enjoyable during summer.
When it comes to the food, the menu is light all day long including vegetables in olive oil, meatballs with cloves, and grilled chicken. A reservation is necessary for dinner. A simple yet significant menu is presented for dinner, bean puree, grilled grouper served with shelled broad bean salad with mint and green peppers; “Lor” cheeseand spinach tortellini served with porcini mushroom and cream and lemon sauce, grilled steak with pesto sauce and warm beetroot salad; zucchini flowers fried with lor and basil,whitingschnitzel and potato salad with tumeric. Dessert includes nectarines cooked in wine.
Quiet jazz music plays in the background and the service is very good, whilethe drink menu has it all: from mojitos and martinis, to cocktails and wines.
