The New Silverfish Writing Programme

Silverfish Books’ incredibly popular writing programme is back. The programme runs for ten weeks, and is limited to ten participants, so be snappy if you want in. Illustrious former participants include the now internationally acclaimed Shih-Li Kow, as well as numerous Malaysian storytellers. The course has a practical focus – what do publishers want from a manuscript? – and will cover the basics of writing characters, dialogue, plot and pacing, and the use of rhythm, structure and style among many other things. This is for novice writers of both fiction and non-fiction.
