Renowned Malaccan Chef Debbie Teoh returns to Chatz Brasserie to take diners on a Nyonya culinary journey. For three days a week, the restaurant will feature a buffet dinner and hi-tea spread of fish tempra, lemak udang nenas, telur cincalok, nasi kunyit with chicken curry and sambal kiam hu, pai tee, and the signature dish, ayam buah keluak. Prior to a hi-tea session, diners are invited to enjoy a complimentary cooking class with the chef, though reservation is required. In addition, an a la carte menu offering pais buah keluak (RM30++ for two pieces) and gulai perut ikan (RM35++ per bowl) is available.
