Celebrity chef Sam Leong returns to Tao Chinese Cuisine and teams up with executive chef Wong Lian You to present a special eight-course dinner menu from March 13 to 15. Priced at RM268++ per person, highlights include innovative dishes such as 9 Treasures Sakura Chicken Consommé, sous vide herbal chicken and wok-fried squid ink rice. Coinciding with chef Sam's visit is also a cookery masterclass on March 15 open to only 20 participants in which the celebrity chef will demonstrate and impart his skills of inventive cooking. Priced at RM168++ per person, the class will be followed by a six-course lunch.
