Renowned New Zealand winery Craggy Range will play centrepiece at an exclusive wine dinner. The restaurant's head chef Alexander Waschl, executive chef Conny Andersson and executive chef of The Datai Langkawi, Jerome Carrouee will cook up a bold six-course dinner including dishes like smoked duck with foie gras dumpling, salmon crudo and braised beef cheek. A selection of the finest Craggy Range wines will be served accordingly.
