Time Out says

The six-course menu begins with smoked salmon with scallop, shrimp and caviar followed by foie gras with brioche and apple compote. The wild mushroom bisque with mascarpone and truffle oil is served next while the main is your choice of grilled black Angus tenderloin with shallot confit, truffled potato purée, asparagus and Madeira sauce, or the grilled lobster tail with glazed verjus butter, nectarines and porcini mushrooms. End with passion fruit parfait alongside fresh berries and honeyed cocoa brittle.
