Herbal cuisine promotion at Shang Palace

Shang Palace is teaming up with Eu Yan Sang for this 'Health is Wealth' food promotion. Prepared by Chinese executive chef, Tan Kim Weng, the menu will feature specialty Chinese dishes including braised sea cucumber and Chinese mushroom with huai shan, double boiled six flavour chicken soup, prawn in ginseng wine with dang gui and American ginseng jelly with aloe vera ice cream.
