Here’s a chance to dine at all of the hotel’s signature restaurants in one night. Begin at Serena Brasserie for chilled seafood, live-action grill stations, prime rib and whole lamb. Next, move on to Tatsu Japanese Cuisine for sushi, sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki before you head to Tao Chinese Cuisine for comforting fare like Hainanese chicken rice and dim sum. Head back to Serena for a selection of desserts including a majestic croquembouche, a tower of choux pastry balls.
