The stunning restaurant is whipping up a classic French menu to go with the festivities. Start with scallops carpaccio with black truffle and Norwegian smoked salmon pate, roasted escargots in puff pastry and foie gras terrine with beetroot. As mains, choose between the roasted venison with cranberry and orange sauce, roasted capon with apples and grapes and the seared black cod fish porcini mushrooms.
