Makan Kitchen: Just me & my mummy!

This Mother’s Day, Makan Kitchen at DoubleTree by Hilton has planned a weekend of food and fun for all mums. Unique dishes from Makan Kitchen for the occasion include crab meat pai tee (Nyonya ‘top hats’), honey cuttlefish popiah and macadamia and mango kulfi, an Indian ice cream made with fresh mango and toasted macadamia nuts.
