Mid-Autumn Festival sharing menu

Grand Hyatt’s resident Chinese chef, Byron Zhang, is preparing a sharing menu for a minimum of two. Some of the highlights are jellyfish and fungus in vinegar, seafood fried rice in abalone sauce, hot and sour soup with Boston lobster, and braised conpoy with sea cucumber. Finish the meal with traditional baked mooncakes that also come in low sugar versions.
