In addition to classic mooncake varieties like lotus seed paste, red bean paste – egg yolks are optional – and assorted nuts and sundried fruits, the hotel is introducing pandan lotus seed paste with single yolk, mini black sesame and mini snow skin with avocado custard cream. Unique mini snow skin flavours of durian, custard and bird’s nest, and snow white chocolate with honeycomb are also available.
