Start with foie gras mousse with beef carpaccio and tuna ball with ponzu before the first course of salmon confit arrives. Wood-fired roast duck with cabbage puree will be served next, while the main course is braised beef cheek with grilled mushroom. The dessert platter will present brownie, fruit tart and plum sake. All courses will be served with De Martino wines.
