New Year's Eve at Tatto

Countdown to 2015 with an Italian dinner at Tatto. Start with the oven-baked Hokkaido scallops with spinach puree and drizzled with Cointreau, then move on to the Du Puy lentil soup with air-dried beef and the homemade chicken mezzaluna in spicy tomato sauce and crushed almond. 

For the main course, choose either the baked cod fish with sweet potato puree, sautéed baby spinach and pomegranate sauce or the braised angus short ribs with gorgonzola mashed potato and berry veal jus. Finish things off with the mixed fruit pavlova with passion fruit puree or the freshly baked chocolate soufflé. There will be a three-piece band and a DJ providing entertainment for the night.
