Half of the year-end fun involves feasting on festive food. Amongst the many merry dishes served are pan-fried salmon fillet with pink peppercorn and caviar sauce, duck terrine with pistachio, roast venison loin with morel mushroom sauce and the of course, the traditional roasted whole turkey. Desserts such as wild berry terrine and Italian panettone cake with vanilla sauce will also be served and the dinner is inclusive of a glass of wine or mocktail to be redeemed at Broadway Lounge.
