From the kitchen of Chef Boon and Chef Desmond – honourees of the Malaysian International Gourmet Festival – Signature presents their White Christmas menu. Choose a main course from either braised turkey shank with garlic mash and winter vegetables, black cod with mushroom ragout and lemon butter herb, Cajun ribeye with au gratin or roasted lamb leg with mushroom ragout and mint yoghurt sauce. The meal also comes with a complimentary buffet of starters and Christmas desserts.
