Celebrate the night with jazz music courtesy of Rozz and Mei Lin while you indulge in the restaurant’s special Valentine’s menu prepared by celebrity chef Firdaus Hanan. Diners will be welcomed with a glass of Bollinger champagne before being served an amuse-bouche of smoked salmon and goat's cheese. An appetiser of beetroot salad with pickled shallot, beet root cream and lemon dressing will come next, followed by cream of pumpkin soup. For the mains, you will be served miso-marinated cod and beef Rossini, each paired with a tasting glass of Domaine Cornu Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuit Blanc 2011 and Cupid's Arrow Pinot Noir 2012. End the night with a dark chocolate croissant pudding.
