The three different nine-course menus include dishes like braised clams with assorted mushrooms, steamed garoupa laced in soy sauce and sautéed prawns with butter corn. For dessert, have some of Zuan Yuan’s signature desserts from sweetened coconut with lily bulbs to double boiled snow pear with red dates, honey lemon, and snow fungus.
