Time Out says

Get yourself ready for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2012 by taking part in the preparatory training circuits. You’ll be able to train for the full marathon, half marathon and the 10km categories under the guidance of official trainer Mark Williams and professional coaches from the Federal Territory Amateur Athlete Association. Each session will include a short briefing session on various topics including running techniques, nutrition and hydration, followed by a supervised run. The meeting point for May’s sessions is the parking area in front of Restoran Nelayan Titiwangsa, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa.
