Garibar Happy Hour Redefined

Time Out says

Garibar's Happy Hour now goes all day on Sundays and Mondays. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, happy hour goes from 3pm to 10pm. There will also be live band Bongga Bongga performing from 6.30pm onwards. Cocktails go as low as RM17nett and the signature 'Gari-Sangria' by jug is only RM65nett (RM28nett by glass).
