Cast your memory back to the pre-Changkat times. Remember Poppy Garden’s heyday? Now you can relive it. The club re-launched a couple of months ago and now they’re throwing a huge comeback party. From the name itself, you can tell there’s nothing subtle about it. (But the party bears no relation to the TV series ‘Shameless’.)
So, expect flashy and chintzy acts with music spanning two rooms. In Poppy, you can dance to their resident DJ’s electro and R&B tunes, while in Passion, DJ Dano and singer Ushera will be treating all the house fans to some funky house sounds. On top of that, there will be a burlesque dance performance by Viva Vertical Malaysia.
